You deserve a better ranch. Perfect for adorning crudite platters, finishing your partner’s pizza crusts, and of course, dunking crispy Buffalo Butter Party Wings. This recipe calls for chives and parsley, but feel free to swap in any green herb to suit your preference. Consider pairing fresh mint and dill with Greek Seasoning, green onion with Sesame Miso Shake, or put to use whatever herbs are waiting patiently in your produce drawer to make an entrance.
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Erbe Italiane di Lusso
1 tablespoon minced chives (or more)
1 tablespoon minced parsley (or more)
1 ½ tablespoons seasoning of choice (or more):
Option 1: Miso Buffalo Wings & Things: The Crowd Favorite, funky and a little tangy/spicy
Option 2: Sesame Miso Shake: Super Umami with a little MSG, sesame, and a touch of heat
Option 3: Grand Lake Shake: For classic ranch flavor
Option 4: Greek Seasoning: Lemony and bright and well-balanced.
Stir together sour cream, mayo, buttermilk, and lemon until homogenous. Then, mix in additional ingredients. Taste and add salt as needed. Let sit at least 30 minutes or preferably overnight.
