Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. We do not ship a physical gift card.

To send a gift card to your recipient:

1. Select the checkbox that says “I want to send this as a gift,” and provide the requested information on the product page.

2. You may elect to send the gift card at the time of purchase by selecting today’s date, or schedule it to send in the future by selecting a later date. 

3. Add the gift card to your cart, select “shipping,” and then check out as usual. (You do not need to fill out the gift message in the cart, which is intended for physical gifts such as spices and gift boxes.)

4. After completing checkout, you will receive a payment confirmation email with the subject line “Order # confirmed,” and a gift card confirmation email with the subject line “Oaktown Spice Shop $# gift card for [Recipient Name]”. The gift card will either be sent at the time of purchase, or on the date you selected.

Please note that we are unable to edit the recipient email, to or from names, message, or scheduled date on a gift card after it has been purchased. We are happy to help you replace the gift card if you need to make any changes. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
