    This is a great recipe but I agree with the other comments re: cut the oil in half (at the very least) and cover it for part of cooking time.

    Thanks for your question! I would honestly not recommend using this recipe in an air frier. This is primarily because it relies on cooking the potatoes in broth. Additionally, the chicken is cooked on top of the potatoes so they can cook in the chicken fat, but in an air frier the ingredients should stay in a single layer.

    To make chicken and potatoes in an air frier with our greek seasoning, I would recommend using a recipe like this one (https://rachnacooks.com/air-fryer-chicken-and-potatoes/) as a base. Replace the recommended seasonings with 2.5 tbsp of Greek Seasoning, and at the end of cooking, squeeze lemon juice onto the chicken, and add the parsley and feta.

    This is a great dish, but there were some serious challenges with the method and the amount of oil for me in this recipe. First off you absolutely need to cover the casserole dish for part of the cooking time. I followed the recipe to a t and the small potatoes I used were not done at all and after cooking them longer and covering them the sauce still separated so this was frustrating. Also, I wish I would have cut the amount of olive oil in half at least because this was ALOT! It tasted better the next day but out of the oven it was way too oily to add additional fat from the feta.

    I made this for my family and everyone loved it. Don’t forget the cilantro, makes a big difference.
