Broccolini is a milder, sweeter cousin of broccoli. Its quick cook time means that it's perfect for getting dinner on the table in a hurry. Oaktown Spice Shop's Greek Seasoning is one of my favorite spice blends, full of zest, tang, and herbs which complements the bitterness of the broccolini.
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon lemon zest
⅓ cup pistachios, chopped
Preheat the grill to 400F.
Arrange the broccolini on the grill. If using a charcoal grill, place over direct heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until fully cooked, flipping halfway through.
