Broccolini is a milder, sweeter cousin of broccoli. Its quick cook time means that it's perfect for getting dinner on the table in a hurry. Oaktown Spice Shop's Greek Seasoning is one of my favorite spice blends, full of zest, tang, and herbs which complements the bitterness of the broccolini.

Ingredients

    blank

    • 1 pound broccolini, stalks trimmed
    • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

    • 2 tablespoons tahini
    • 1 tablespoon Oaktown Spice Shop Greek Seasoning
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced

    blank

    • 1 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt or labneh
    • 2 tablespoons tahini, plus more to serve
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • ½ teaspoon lemon zest

    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • ½ teaspoon Oaktown Spice Shop Greek Seasoning
    • ⅓ cup pistachios, chopped

    • Lemon juice, to serve

    Directions

    1. Preheat the grill to 400F.

    2. Place the broccolini in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, tahini, Oaktown Spice Shop Greek Seasoning, and garlic, tossing to evenly distribute.
    3. Arrange the broccolini on the grill. If using a charcoal grill, place over direct heat. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until fully cooked, flipping halfway through.

    4. Remove from the grill and set aside while you make the yogurt dressing. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Oaktown Spice Shop Greek Seasoning.
    5. Spread the yogurt onto the serving dish and top with broccolini. Garnish with pistachios, additional tahini and a squeeze of lemon juice.
