Celebrate the weekend with a brunch-worthy stack of Golden Milk Pancakes, made with our Golden Milk spice blend! This gorgeous, golden stack is perfectly spiced, making it a special treat to share. Stack it with your favorite syrups, fruits, and even nut butters.

2 cups all purpose flour4 teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoons Golden Milk¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste1 ¼ cup milk, or plant based alternative2 large eggs2 tablespoons maple syrup2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted, plus more for the pan1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, Golden Milk and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, syrup, oil and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry, stirring until just combined.
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Scoop ¼ cup of the pancake mixture into the pan, cooking until bubbles form. Flip, and cook and an additional 1-2 minutes.
Repeat until all batter is used up. Enjoy!
