Thai Curry

Make a delicious and aromatic thai curry paste using this versatile, savory blend. Just combine equal parts spice and fish sauce or soy sauce. To make a green curry, add the curry paste to fresh cilantro, green chiles, shallots and fresh Thai basil and puree.

Ingredients: Coriander, Lemongrass, New Mexican Red and Green chiles, White Pepper, Cumin, Galangal, Holy Basil, Shallots, Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger, Kaffir Lime Leaves and Caraway.
