Spiced Olive Oil Dips

If you believe that the bread course is the best course, this is for you! Dip your sourdough, rye, baguette or pita into these delicious dippers packed with spice.
Ingredients

Bread, pita or flatbread of choice

2 teaspoons Oaktown Spice Shop Eastern Mediterranean Spice
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- ½ tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- ½ tablespoon finely chopped dill
- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Pinch sea salt

2 teaspoons Oaktown Spice Shop Dukkah
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- ½ tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- ½ tablespoon finely chopped preserved lemon, or preserved lemon paste
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Variation 1: Eastern Mediterranean Spice
Variation 2: Dukkah
Directions
Choose one of the dip variations. In a small bowl, combine the oil with the other ingredients and whisk until well combined.
Serve at room temperature with your favorite bread, pita or flatbread! Favorites include sourdough, crostini, baguette or focaccia.
