This baked chicken recipe features Oaktown All Purpose Seasoning in a flavorful tomato paste-based marinade. The spice mixture works beautifully to coat the chicken with an amazing taste. This is definitely a seasoning mix that’ll be in heavy use in our pantry!

Hi Diane,
We don’t have any recipes for our chicken salt, but it makes a great substitute for salt in a lot of our pre-existing savory recipes.
For instance you could use it in this All Purpose Chicken recipe to salt the chicken, or replace the Pacific Flake Salt in our recipe for buttermilk fried chicken (https://oaktownspiceshop.com/blogs/recipes/buttermilk-fried-chicken-with-hot-cajun-blackening-spice).
You can also replace the Yuzu Salt in our Yuzu Fried Cauliflower (https://oaktownspiceshop.com/blogs/recipes/fried-cauliflower-wings).
If you aren’t into frying, I recommend the Chicken Salt on Roasted Potatoes! You can halve or quarter some gold potatoes, toss them in Chicken Salt and olive oil, and then roast at 400°F-425°F until soft inside, browned outside.
