Mexican-Style Adobo

Delightfully garlicky and earthy with a contrast of citrus, this blend adds a bit of zestiness to beans, soups, stews, eggs, chicken and pork. Add 1-2 teaspoons per pound of meat. Notes of oregano and cumin complement lemon and orange zests in this blend. 

Hand-mixed from: Garlic, onion, black pepper, cumin, lemon zest, orange zest, sea salt and Mexican oregano.
