Korean BBQ

This Korean BBQ blend is perfect for classic bulgogi or galbi, but is also delicious as a dry rub for pork, chicken or steak. Or, make a simple marinade by adding it to sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. The wet marinade works great with tofu.

Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Sesame Seeds, Salt, Chile Flakes, Sugar, Orange Zest, Shiitake, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Smoked Paprika, Green Onion, Nori, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Cloves, Szechuan Pepper and Fennel Seed.
