With a delicate celery-like flavor, parsley is often used in combination with other herbs for fines herbes, with mint for tabbouleh, and with cilantro for chermoula. Also use on garlic bread, egg dishes, and mashed potatoes. Use 1 tsp dried for 1 tbsp fresh.
