Western Steeping Method: 1 tbsp per 8 oz. water, 185 degrees, 2-3 mins.
Traditional Steeping Method: 2 tbsp per 8 oz water, 200 degrees. 1st steep: 15 sec. 2nd steep: 20 sec. Add 5-10 sec per additional steep, up to 8 steeps.
