For a lovely rub for fish, make a paste with 1 part spice, 2 parts olive oil and 3 parts citrus juice. Rub liberally and marinate and bake or pan-fry.

Featuring the mild heat of ancho chiles, a touch of cilantro and parsley and a delicious citrus tang, this also works wonderfully with chicken or homemade hummus.

Hand-mixed from: Hungarian Paprika, Ancho Chile, Sea Salt, Lemon Zest, Parsley, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Citric Acid, Cinnamon, Spearmint and Caraway.
