Yes! Please call 510-201-5400 during store hours to place a phone order. Store hours are: Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
If your purchase is a gift, please write a note on the cart page where it says "add a gift note to your order." Your note will be printed on the packing slip, which does not include prices. (Please sign your note, as our packing slips do not include the sender's name!)
No. Our online shop is a collection of our signature blends, some hard-to-find items, some staples and some Oaktown specialties. We have many more products and size options available at our Oakland shop. If there is something at the shop that you cannot find online, please call us at 510-201-5400 to place a phone order.

Gift cards can be used on any item in our online shop or in-store. To use a gift card online, just enter your gift card code at checkout (look for the "Have a gift card?" prompt when you're checking out). If you don't use your whole gift card on one order, the remainder will be kept on the card for you to apply to your next order. To redeem your gift card in-store, just present your code at checkout.
