Seafood Boil Spice

Our seafood boil spice is great for shrimp and crab boils. To use, add up to a 1/2 cup in a muslin bag for a 5 quart boil. Add halved onions and lemons, whole garlic, corn, sausage, and whatever else you'd like in your boil. Drain and cover with a little reserved broth, butter and a sprinkle of our Hot Cajun Blackening Seasoning.

Hand-mixed from: Mustard Seed, Black and White Peppercorns, Cloves, Chile Flakes, Allspice, Bay Leaves, Coriander, Dill Seed, Celery Seed, Ginger and Cinnamon.
