This set displays some of the diversity of Chinese cuisine, with Chinese Five Spice and Urumqi Lamb Rub. Our take on the traditional Chinese Five Spice blend contains fennel, cinnamon, star anise, szechuan pepper and cloves and can be used to achieve a spectacular stir fry.
Urumqi combines the flavors of Northwestern China with strong cumin flavor, garlic and peppery heat. It's delicious on lamb kabobs! Add 2-3 teaspoons per pound of meat and salt to taste. It's also great on grilled chicken and eggplant.
