In this informative and delicious workshop, Nutritionist and Chef Rachel Barach will discuss exciting and effective ways to include more turmeric in your diet.

Participants will learn how to make Golden Milk, Fresh Pickled Turmeric Root and their own high quality, low cost turmeric supplements.

Participants will not only taste during the workshop, but also take home recipes and even a special Golden Milk spice blend.

About Rachel Barach: Rachel is a Certified Nutritionist with a uniquely holistic approach, having studied and worked in the culinary world, Eating Psychology, agriculture, and food standard certification. She has six years of professional cooking experience, including a stint in the kitchens of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Manhattan. In her food coaching practice, Love Food & Body, she works with individuals to create sustainable and joyful practices that support physical and mental health.
