Dive into the practicalities of making your own healing kitchen remedies working with spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, fennel, cayenne and more. Participants will prepare and take home their own delicious herbal infused honey to use right away! Walk away with a deeper understanding of herbs and spices and their uses beyond the kitchen.


About Beth Sachnoff

Beth Sachnoff of Wild Child Apothecary is an herbalist & educator born and raised in San Francisco. Beth studied Western Clinical Herbalism at Ohlone Herbal Center in Berkeley and continues her study at Ancestral Apothecary in Oakland. Wild Child Apothecary grew out of her experience working as a Program Director coaching direct service staff experiencing high levels of stress, fatigue and burnout.
